Below are examples of pricing and offerings - but author services work best as a partnership. It could include all of these services, a variation of some, or just one-off engagements. What you think you need might be drastically different after a meeting, and combination pricing always includes discounts where possible. Personal Assistant Full Package
This package gives you another member of your team - a strategic partner who is here to make things easier, more efficient, take the weight off of your shoulders & support your goals. We'll meet to discuss planning your needs and how I can provide consultative, creative or logistical support, create an action plan and go from there.
Social Media Management - $200/week
Support in organizing a consistent weekly posting strategy, creating graphics aligned with your brand for approval and writing keyword-focused captions that help drive the algorithm to your content. Each month comes with a personalized report of content performance, and recommendations for adjustments and next steps.
Content Pulls
A complete read through of your book with an eye for marketing, ads and social strategy. This service comes complete with recommended quotes, a book "bible" of key details and recommendations on tropes, hooks, and character art scenes. Guaranteed 7-10 day turnaround.

Under 300 pages: $150
300-400 pages: $175
400-500 pages: $200
500+ pages: $250
Additional Add-On Options:
Audio Pulls - $150 ($250 for a blind listen)
Pull and edit clips of key audio moments for promotional materials. Comes with 5-10 clips based on content.
Canva branding board - $200
Social & promotional graphics aligned to your book and it's best hooks & content. Comes with 10-15 graphics.
Release Graphics Packages - $300+
Create a unique release aesthetic and branding package, including color palettes, recommended components, and a posting calendar. Includes a release graphics package with content for all major milestones. Price is negotiable based on project outline. Must be coupled with a content pull.
Event Support - Negotiated per-event
Up to 12 hours of event load-in, booth set-up, selling support, order packing and project management support. Additional hours can be negotiated for collateral creation, booth design, promotional support, etc.
ARC Management - $200/release
Recruit ARC readers to help give you a personal and consistent base of ARC readers, send communications and create bespoke graphics for your team, deploy ARCs and track responsiveness and effectiveness over time. Also includes packing & sending physical ARC packages if needed.
Newsletter Management - $40/week
Write, design, build and send newsletters through the outlet of your choice. Includes a test send for approval, and monthly reports on progress and results.
Website & eCommerce Optimization - Priced by project
Review your website strategy, along with your online shop, and make recommendations on both content and brand optimizations. Additional hours can be negotiated for doing the work associated with recommendations.
Special Projects - Priced by project
Have something big going on - or even just a big idea? Let's talk. This could include special editions, mailers, curating book box experiences, handling crowd-funding campaigns and managing subscription services (Patreon, etc.).
